Nikita has been a licensed realtor since 2011 and even owned her own brokerage from 2014-2022. Prior to that, she worked for a condominium developer for nearly 7 years. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Economic & Law with a specialization in Real Estate from the University of Alberta and considers herself a lifelong learner.

In short, she has been in the real estate industry virtually her entire adult career. Needless to say, she LOVES it!

She grew up in St Albert, but called Edmonton her home for many years too. She has moved nearly 10 times in the last 16 years (occupational hazard) and has lived everywhere from a one bedroom condo to a 34 acre hobby farm and everything in between.  

 She loves her family, the outdoors, great food and of course - real estate.

She comes with an extensive background in sales, customer service & management. Her career has spanned from retail management, banking to real estate. As sales manager for a new home builder for 8 years she specialized in condominiums, townhomes and single family homes where she successfully helped hundreds of people make their home ownership dreams become a reality.
